Today the world lost one of my biggest inspirations: Steve Jobs. The ex-CEO of Apple (a favorite company of mine) passed away today, and I can honestly say that the world took it hard.
Whether you own an iPod, iPhone, iPad, Macbook, or any other Apple product, you are a part of the biggest, most successful companies in the technology business. The drive to create products that were better, faster, and more beautiful was largely due to Steve’s dedication to the company.
At only 56 years old, Steven Paul Jobs was taken far too early from this Earth, but his life up to today was a miraculous one. As a 21-year-old college drop out, Steve started Apple Computer out of his parents garage in 1976 with the help of some tech-savvy friends, including Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne.
It is hard to imagine that this early-stage Macintosh, that resembles a giant brick, has evolved into the beautiful Macbook Pro, but we can thank Steve for that.
Although Apple will not be the same without Steve’s influence and powerful key-note charisma, I have faith that the company will continue to flourish with the introduction of new, more outstanding products in the future.
Rest in Peace Steve, you were a genius who will live on in all our tech-obsessed hearts forever!
